Chat room is available Monday - Friday from  9am to 5pm pacific standard time.

Please keep in mind that the technicians monitoring the Chat Room are also taking support calls from customers directly.  So your responses may not be immediate. 

Also note the Chat Room is for simple quick questions.

Type your messages in the text box. When you press Enter, whatever you typed is broadcast back to you and to everyone else who is currently looking at this page.
