Retail Pro Emergency Technical Support Minimum technical support rate is two hours at $175/hr. The entire two-hour rate is applied to fixing your problems. If we fix your problems within two hours, we'll keep the remaining time on account until the next time. Once your time is up, we'll contact you to see if you would like to
