Security Receipts

Retail Pro has security receipts that will help you track the activity of your employees.  Hi security receipts can be optionally turned on for when a receipt in process is exited.  What this means is if a clerk lists items on a receipt and then discards it will create a security receipt so you can track these documents. 

You can track the following events:

Discarding a receipt, drawer is opened using the open drawer button, system is rebooted or a manager override.

To turn this on in 8 series go into options>system preferences>check the boxes under create a security receipt when.

To turn on security receipts in 7 series from the main menu:

Preferences>system>settings>security>security invoices> check boxes

7 series only tracks Exit POS (discarded receipts) open drawer and reboots.
