WIN 5 HOURS OF TECH TIME!

We need to know what actual version of Retail Pro you are on!

So we are asking everyone to fill out a little form and fax or email it in to us. For this little task, we will enter you into a Raffle to win 5 hours of tech time. You get one entry per store location.  So if you have 3 stores, then you get three chances to WIN!!!  You will also “Help Us Help You!”  We need to make sure we know what version you are on.  This helps us when you call us for help!  Also, all multi-store chains MUST ALL BE ON THE SAME VERSION.  If they are not, you will have problems.

What we want you to do:

1. Look up the Last Modified Date of the RPRO8.exe file

2. Fill out the Raffle ticket

3. Fax it to us or email it in as an attachment

4. Thanks! – Deadline for Raffle is December 31, 2006.

To find the “Last Modified Date:

1. Open My Computer on the windows desktop (or in the Start Menu)

2. Open the R drive

3. Open the Retail8 folder

4. Right Click on Rpro8.exe

5. Select properties

6. Write down the last Modified Date.

Fill Out the Raffle Ticket:

1. Fill in you Name and today’s date.

2. Fill in the Store Name

3. Circle the Location: Main or Remote (make sure to fill in the remote location “002a” and make sure we get one form per location)

4. Fill the best phone number to reach you incase we see a problem…

5. Fax this document to 916-368-1411

6. Fill it out and attach it to an email to Service@bighairydog.com
