Processing Security Files Automatically

In 8 series, Polling Security files to a remote can be a problem.  They must be initialized each time and then accepted at the Remote.  Also, increasing the inventory file requires initialization of the new inventory file and then the Remote must run RPRO DB.

There are 2 switches that can be added to the Rprocin.exe task that will force RPPRODB to run automatically at the remote right after the Proc in.  The parameters are “/poll /proc”
