How to Preview X/Z Outs before Printing

Our Goal: To Preview the X or Z out report and save some time and paper.

Click on Options and then W/S Preferences

Select Printers from the left had side

 In the drop down box select X/Z Out

Look for the printer you print your X/Z Outs to, and put a check in the Preview box and then Select Save.

How to Preview X/Z Outs before Printing

Go into POS/Inventory

Select Point Of Sale

Select X/Z Out

Select X out or Z out.

In Order to have the X/Z Out to Preview to screen first, we need to select the destination to be the Screen/File.

Press the “Alt” Key on the keyboard top bring up the select window, using the arrow buttons on your keyboard to select screen/file and then press enter, this will mark your selection with a Check mark, press “End”. You can now run your X or Z out  and will be able to preview your X/Z out before printing.
