HOW TO SET YOUR SYSTEM TO CREATE HIGH SECURITY DOCUMENTS

Go to your System Preferences
(Options>System Preferences)

Once in System Preferences on
the left side of the window click on Point of Sale, then in the center
top of the screen where it says “Create a Security Receipt when” choose
which actions that you would like to have a Security Receipt created.
Then click on Save on the side bar.

Then when one of those
actions is performed a High Security Receipt will be created and placed
in your receipts screen as seen below.

7-SERIES CREATING HIGH SECURITY RECEIPTS

To create a High Security
Receipt from the main screen click on Preferences then System
Preferences.

Once in System Preferences go
to Settings>Point of Sale>Security

Once in Security go to
Security Invoices and hit Enter on your keyboard.

After hitting Enter a small
window will open up labeled Security Invoices, Select which of the
options that you want a Security Receipt created for by hitting Enter.

Once you have made your
selections hit the Escape button on your Keyboard 4 times to go back to
your main menu screen.

To see them from the main
screen go into POS/Inventory>Point of Sale>Former Invoices.

Once in Former Invoices to
see them, they will have on the top of the invoice as to what type it
is(ex. Canceled,…).
