Did you know that BHD is the only Retail Pro Service Center that provides FREE online retraining for Retail Pro v8?  At BHD, we want our customers to maximize their training investment by receiving continuous refresher training.

*Beginning in 2006, each month two courses will be provided online.  The dates, times and topics are listed below.  Contact the BHD Service Group before you participate in a specific course. Instructions on how to log on to the course will be provided to you via email. Again, these courses are FREE!

Rules 

• The call is not a toll-free call.  Each customer will be billed by their phone company, accordingly.

• Refresher training is available to customers who have been trained by a BHD trainer on Retail Pro Version 8 or higher.

• Courses are available to only BHD and BHD/ETS customers who have current membership.

• During training, customers will view the most current version of Retail Pro.  Customers are encouraged to ask questions.
