BHD POS Hardware and equipment come with superior support including a 24 hour next day replacement warranty that is unlike any other. We may be the only company on the planet to offer a next day 24 hour replacement warranty complete with red overnight shipping and UPS or FedEx call tags pre-paid in full.

The BHD technician may troubleshoot an issue for 10 minutes for peripherals and up to 20 minutes for computers. They will replace the hardware overnight if they can’t solve the problem or fix the issue quickly.

The technical support time is of course non-billable when it’s our hardware under warranty because we are committed to getting the customer back up and running quickly.
BHD wants our customers to be able to focus on their own business and rely on us to take care of all of their hardware needs.

BHD is constantly testing and evaluating hardware to ensure the best possible solutions for our customers. We would not be able to offer a 24 hour next day replacement warranty unless the hardware we sell was extremely solid and reliable.
