PCI Compliance – BHD will scrub the RPRO data for un-secure credit card information. We will also work to bring our customer current up to the PCI compliant version of Retail Pro & the PCI compliant credit card integration software. Cameras – Integrated cameras with searchable Retail Pro transactional data. The customer can view video segments that were filtered to hone in on the video for a specific item, UPC, clerk, timeframe, price range etc. See sample video link.

Backup Systems – BHD offers hardware and software that makes it virtually impossible to lose data. “Backup-Now software will automatically back up your entire operation on a scheduled cycle. It is also recommended that mozypro.com be used to automatically backup continuously every few minutes over the internet to server farm in Utah. This data can be recovered and restored in the event of a core hardware failure. Other hardware solutions such as Raid & multiple server hard drives may be part of the proposed solution to ensure overall security for the company data.

Biometrics Fingerprint recognition - This module adds another level of security to Retail Pro Software. Biometrics is a cost effective solution that allows employees to use fingerprints instead of manually typing their password. This increases accountability when changing screens, giving discounts, overrides and other password related functions. RPRO works with Digital-Persona “U-are-U” model 4500 fingerprint scanner allowing retailers to have a detailed perspective of their operation and to run their business more securely and efficiently.
