BHD operates using the “train the trainer” philosophy where by we make sure one person in your organization knows the product inside and out. That person would then be responsible for training your staff. BHD is of course available as needed and refresher training is FREE forever on that version.

Training can be handled in three different ways.
1) BHD will come on-site and train the customer at your operation.
2) The customer may come to our offices to receive in person training.
3) On-line training classes that may be recorded for later use with new employees….or any combination of these three methods.

At BHD we make it our responsibility to make sure that you know your system.
